Labeling of Installed Heating Appliances in Residential Buildings: An Energy Labeling Methodology for Improving Consumers’ Awareness

چکیده
In the EU 28, installed heating appliance stock is quite old, with an actual replacement rate of 4%. This directly reflected in average efficiency systems, where around 60% rated energy class C or D (the lowest classes label scale). The European project HARP aims at raising consumers’ awareness planned their old and inefficient appliances more efficient renewable solutions. this direction, labeling methodology for has been developed to before introduction label. space water heaters, targeting two types users: end consumers professional users. validation considered about 4600 800 heaters built between 1972 2019. Three were tested laboratory, confirming reliability proposed methodology. expected impact defining increases current these from 4% 5%.

Effects of Southern Wall Angle on Heating Performance and Energy Consumption of Residential Buildings in Yazd
The southern wall plays an important role on heating perfrmance and energy consumption of residential buildings. This study investigates the effects of southern wall angle, glass area and external canopy on heating perfrmance and energy consumption of a typical residential building in Yazd. Using causality method and thermal simulation by DesignBuilder simulator, we examined energy consumption ...

متن کاملTechno-Economic Appraisal of Using Radio Frequency For Energy Consevation in the Heating System of Residential Buildings
Residential and commercial sectors are the main consumers of energy. According to available data, these two sectors account for more than one-third of total energy use. Moreover, heating and cooling systems contribute to the major share of energy use in a building. The current research economically evaluates the radio-frequency heating systems for use in residential buildings. A building in Dis...
متن کاملEnergy Consumption Modeling in Residential Buildings
In recent years, the issue of energy consumption modeling techniques in the building sector has been widely considered by researchers and managers. Researches indicate that energy consumption in residential sector is one of the main parts of the total consumption. Moreover, the urban residence is supposed as a significant consumer of energy in every country and therefore a focus for energy cons...
متن کاملAn energy-based model for region-labeling
This paper introduces an energy-based model (EBM) for region labeling that takes advantage of both context and semantics present in segmented images. The proposed method refines the output of multiclass classification methods that are based on the one-vs-all (OVA) formulation. Intuitively, the EBM maximizes the semantic cohesion among labels assigned to neighboring regions; that is, a tradeoff b...
